I'm dedicated to supporting and empowering families through the journey of birth and the postnatal period. I'm passionate about providing compassionate 1-2-1 care, evidence-based information, and continuous support to help families make informed decisions and have a positive birth and postpartum experience.

As a birth doula, I provide personalised emotional, physical, and informational support to expectant mothers and their partners. My goal is to help you navigate through the birthing process with confidence and comfort.

My postnatal doula services are tailored to offer nurturing support and guidance during the early weeks of parenthood. From breastfeeding assistance to newborn care, I'm here to ensure a smooth transition for new parents and their baby.

Providing overnight support, I offer families the rest they need while ensuring their newborn's care. With my expertise, you can rest assured that your baby is in safe and nurturing hands, allowing you to recharge and embrace parenthood.

Alison made a massive difference to the experience we had in the first few weeks and months of our child’s life. She is very attentive, she’s got such a positive mindset and having her around was exactly like having a friend or family member around in the sense that we felt extremely comfortable having her around.

Alison was like the mum everyone wishes they had: kind, thoughtful, helpful, and completely non-judgemental. She came to support me in a variety of different ways postnatally (including a random trip to IKEA with bub in tow!) in the first few weeks of my baby's life. Could not recommend her enough - the best possible use of money if you're budgeting for a new baby!
